I ran across this site by accident and was curious how my home complex rated.

I am surprised to see anything negative about Adiamo Palm Valley Apartments as I am extremely happy living here! I have been a resident since February 1st and could not be happier. The current staff was new to this complex when I rented and I found them to be extremely helpful as I was moving from Chicago and did not know anything about the area. These apartments are relatively new and I love that! I am really particular about my carpets and was thrilled to find that they are like brand new.

My opinion, for what it's worth, if you don't like living here, you should move out and spare the rest of us the negative attitude. This is after all, an apartment complex, not a personal estate to run the way you want it.

My only comment, and it is not a complaint is that I occassionally hear my neighbors late at night, but who doesn't like some fun, right'

I am particularly pleased that Adiamo Palm Valley has high resident criteria and carefully screens potential residents. I would certainly recommend this complex to anyone who wants to live in a comfortable, safe environment. As for the person with the complaints, maybe a quick look at the lease would help.

Don't be fooled by reviews like this that are so comprehensive and ultra-positive. The management wrote this one.
