As you can tell from the title I did work and live at Adiamo Palm Valley. I have recently quit and moved off property. What I would like everyone reading these reviews to know is that you have to experience them to judge them. The property and the apartments themselves are GORGEOUS! Yes management has rules that most people don't agree with but I can tell you that they have them for a reason. I lived in a one bedroom and paid rent like everyone else and, I can tell you from experience, it could and is much worse at other places. They try and keep the place perfect and beautiful so that not only the management can be proud to call it home but you can too. I was never ashamed to take anyone into any apartment if it was clear to do so.

If you are reading this, please don't let the other comments keep you from going in and seeing how beautiful it is for yourself. You have to keep in mind that this is going to be your home and everything said is for a reason. Yeah, I don't agree with all the rules but most are for your benefit as the consumer. Take a tour, you will be happy with how well they have taken care of the place and you should be confident in the fact that they will continue to take care of it as it was their own house. If you are worried that their rules are going to be a problem for you, ask for a copy of them as I know they will be happy to provide you with whatever you need to make your decision easier. Please go in with an open mind and don't let any comments effect your judgement. Thats the wonderful thing about having your own mind...you get to use it.

Yeah, you can also use your mind to read and listen to the poor ratings on this website, and NOT live here. Use your money elsewhere. I am a renter here and the management have so many "rules" that it's impossible to NOT make a mistake. They look for reasons to nag at you and I have NEVER lived in an apartment complex that does that to its customers. I feel more like a prisoner in my apartment than a neighbor. I am just waiting for the security guard to stop sitting in his car and make me feel safe for a change.
