I moved in recently and I am quite impressed! When i was shown the model I expected my apartment to be different, (I say this because of my previous experiances.) I was taken to the apartment I would actually live in and it was beyond my expectations. Everything was so fresh and clean, and ready for me to move in immediatly. They exterior of the place is flawless and my parking is close. My brother helped me move in and he commented that my apartment has features is new home doesn't. Crown molding and arched doorways are a few. And to my surprise I can actually sleep well at night. It is very quiet.

It is noisy. It is clean, but the carpets (read more of the reviews and you'll hear more of the same about carpets) are wiry like wool and it takes a year before you stop vaccuuming up the carpet threads. The carpet attracts stains. Don't be fooled by the "clean" exterior. What really matters is that you like your management, because, they dictate what the living climate will be like. Our management here are more like dictators. All we ever hear is "Look at the lease agreement that you signed."
