I recently renewed my lease with Adiamo. It turns out the renewal special was so good, I'm actually paying less in rent than I was before. They even gave me coupon to have my carpets cleaned professionally! I have never heard of apartments doing this before so I was very excited. Just wanted to give them a thank you and let everyone know I'm really happy. P.S. Maintenance is great too.

Maintenance is helpful... if you consider them entering your apartment every month to be helpful. More like intrusive and snooping. The managers here always look for something to bust you on, unless you pay a premium for rent.
