I moved into Alexan due to the unbeatable move in special..little did I know that I would be paying for it in the end. That complex and its builders have been nothing but an inconvenience in my opinion. If they arent repaving the parking lot or inspecting the buildings, they are messing with your fire extinguishers and screwing with your monthly rent charges. The management or owners find any and every reason to invade your privacy or they conveniently forget to add taxes in to your rent. They are in such a hurry to get you in that they dont even give you a copy of the lease agreement. Management there writes nasty letters to tenents saying that if they have to come into your apartment that they will charge you for it. Even a friend of mine was scolded for cigarette butts. We pay out the nose for all of these amenities that we cant use because they either wont clean the pool/hottub or the entry door is broken and you have to walk around the entire complex to get in on the other side. I urge prospective tenents to search elsewhere. I hate to think how much more money they will charge me when I move out of this hell hole...oh and dont get a membership at Lifetime Fitness either.
