5 reasons not to live at desert sage:
new manager is ignorant and rude.
the pool is never cleaned.
HUGE theft problems and management does nothing about it.
bad rent renewl specials
paint on countertops chips too easily and then you get charged for it.

The pool is cleaned daily, every morning I see the maintenance crew out there cleaning it up after the idiots that have kept me up at night. So I have no idea where you are getting the idea that is not kept up. I swim in it, and it has never been dirty..I would never let my child swim in a pool that is not kept up properly.
