This apartment complex is very nice, but not worth the trouble. The management company is absolute crap, i have been calling them for a bout a year now and have yet tto recieve a call back. The complex manager is so nice until you move-in. beware.

We might move to Goodyear and I was thinking about moving to this complex. It looks really nice on their website but after reading all these reviews...I??m not that sure. Any other complex I can check out either in Goodyear or Avondale? Thanks in advance.
