Palm Valley Apartments are the BEST! Covered and lighted parking for the residents, with extra parking for my visitors. The grounds are beautiful, with plenty of grassy areas and lots of. southwest style landscaping. Each building has a gazeebo type builing with a grill and table for a picnic. Building maintenance is often "same day service" with knowedgeable and friendly workers. I do not hesitate to give permission for the maintenance people to come into my apartment if I am at work. The staff is wonderful, they have made me feel so welcome here. Always professional, always friendly, always knowledgeable. The girls in the office gave me a local map, and even wrote out directions to the grocery store! This has meant so much to me...I am from NYS and had no idea how to get around here. The pools are always sparkling and well cared for. Great place to live, I highly recommend Palm Valley Apartments.
