NOT a Luxury Apt Complex AT ALL

I moved here 7 months ago and am extremely disappointed in the complex.
I didn't have the opportunity to see the apts before I moved in because I came from out of state.
There is trash thrown all over, kids playing in the trash dumpsters and climbing on vending machines, I step in dog poop constantly, the police are here at least twice a week for one reason or another, people throw empty bottles in the pool, I've seen dogs in the pool, and there is no security patrol at all.
I was told there was a move in special of one month free rent, but it's not really - they give you an extra month at the end of your lease so you are actually signing a thirteen month lease and not a twelve month lease.
I feel very mislead and am going to move out of these so called "luxury" apts as soon as possible.

I worked as a temporary office helper the last two weeks there and am surprised by this post. I have walked the community putting out notices, and it was spotless. The residents coming in the office seem very happy and satisfied. The apartments are beautiful and you couldn't ask for nicer office staff.
