We have lived here for seven months and have never witnessed any of the problems that are stated in this review. The maintanance and management have always been courteous and professional towards our family. Pat and Mel have taken care of any concerns we have had which are very few and Hector was helpful in our decision to move into here. Overall my wife and I would rate this place as a great place to live and would recommend it. Kris and Amy
