Sandstone Ridge Apartments

Wouldn't Do it Again! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived at Sandstone for the past year and would have to say that in general things are ok. I have a constant cricket and ant problem, but the maintance crew will come (eventually) and spray if you ask. The problem that I had with the apartment complex was the management. They change managers and staff so frequently that no one ever knows what is going on. Also the walls are super thin, so if you live on the bottom floor be prepared to spend hours listening to your neighbors every step. If you choose to live there, always ask for receipt once you pay your rent. I put my rent in the dropbox on time and was charged a late fee because they claim they didn't receive it until the 4th of the month. Since that point I have asked for a receipt everytime I pay my rent. I believe that the price is a little steep but the square footage in the apartment is very nice.
