The complex looks nice from the outside and then they show you that they have a pool (Thats NEVER OPEN!) Then we moved in, ant problem! and I saw a Cockroach. They told us they would "spray" but never have. In order for your apartment to stay cool, you have to run the A/C as low as it can go all day (they don't pay electric!), and if you shut it off it gets warm within a minute or so. Don't feel secure that they have a "gate" in front. Anyone can just walk in the side anyways, and the gate stays open long enough for three cars to sneak in behind you at night. The staff however is really nice, I guess they kind of have to be when everyone comes to them with so many problems.
Living here is alright.
