I have to agree with all the negative posts, I have lived here four years and I have finally moved out. This place has been a nightmare. We only get short term managers as soon as you get a new one they quit and you wait until they can hire someone else. We never have a maintnence man for more than one day a week so I have repairs that I had been waiting on since I moved in and I still have had no one to come fix things.

The company is having serious financial troubles and so life is always rocky here you never know how long it will be until they go under. They advertise so many things that we do not really have. As far as the pool it is not heated because they can't pay the gas bill. The workout room is not much and the hours are very short because it is in the office with the manager so you only work out on her time.
Living there leaves you with a true feeling of unstability.
