Ghetto From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This place is the worst apartment ever. The walls are paper thin. You can hear neighbors conversations. The floors are super squeeky and I'm not just talking about little squeeks here and there. The entire floor squeeks very loudly. The appliances are from the 70's. They don't have a full size fridge. The a/c is super loud. The tenants are either druggies, non-English speaking immigrants, weirdos or people that are stuck here due to the lack of options in the Green Valley area. The only positive thing about this place is that I can always find a parking spot, however an assigned, covered spot costs extra. The place is lower priced than others in the area but it is not worth it. The leasing agents are pretty ghetto too. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
