Great place to live...

I am very happy living at Via Alamos Apartments. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Management is always doing things for the community here. They have annual community picnics that are always a blast, they have games and prizes for all the kids, swimming, free food and drinks for everyone, and pinatas for the kids. This year they had a slip n slide for the kids to have fun with. They have monthly coloring contests for the kids and hand out prizes to the winners. They also have their annual Halloween haunted house that is very fun too... Now does that sound like bad management to you' Maintenance is always on task and I have never had a problem with things not getting fixed in my apartment. These are older apartments than some of the others in the area so they do seem busy at times but they have always got the job done at my place. I cant say enough good things about these apartments and the staff. If you ask me the people that are writing bad things about these apartments should stop hiding behind their laptops and take their problems up with management if they have any. Just because you had to many noise complaints and got the police called on you/evicted or got stiffed on you security deposits for being dirty slobs dosen't mean you can write disgruntled things about the apartment complex. Grow up. In my opinion Via Alamos apartments is a great place to live.
