Not bad, compared to where I'm from

Just renewed my lease. Outside of a few isolated instances, fairly secure. They practice zero tolerance, so don't get jammed up and lose your job. Downside is 5 day notice to quit or pay rent. Late fees are excessive. Not good in a poor economy. Management might (no guarantee)bend rules in certain instances. Upkeep is very good. Compared to NYC metro area, a bargain.
