Very nice! I've lived here for 2 1/2 months now and really love it! I had some minor issues when I first moved in, too, but they were taken care of right away! The staff is very friendly and the whole complex is very clean! This is my first apartment after owning a home for 15 years.

Awful Apts./Stay clear! Via Alamos is an awful place to live. High rent for a shoebox sized apartment. Then when you move they try and charge you for normal wear and tear. I got a bill for $800.00 for painting and cleaning, which I am not going to pay.

do not live here Don not live here it is terrible the managers matto is "theres nothing i can do" so if you have something that needs to be fixed or your air conditioner is out they tell you theres nothing i can do....my windows have been leaking since ive moved in and they havent fixed it
