Overall a good place to live - I lived in this apartment complex for 1 year. It is a nice place overall. The staff is friendly and reasonable. They are generally quick to respond to maintenence problems. Not bad, compared to where I'm from Just renewed my lease. Outside of a few isolated instances, fairly secure. They practice zero tolerance, so don't get jammed up and lose your job. Downside is 5 day notice to quit or pay rent. Late fees are excessive. Not good in a poor

Awful Apts./Stay clear! Via Alamos is an awful place to live. High rent for a shoebox sized apartment. Then when you move they try and charge you for normal wear and tear. I got a bill for $800.00 for painting and cleaning, which I am not going to pay.
