Via Alamos 22% Recommended Jan 30 2008: I have lived at Via Alamos Apts. for 3 years and I am extremely glad that I have found such a friendly atmosphere. I have a daughter (8) who is very happy with the closeness of this community also. The Via Alamos 22% Recommended Jan 29 2008: I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS WITH MY FAMILY. A LOT OF MY NEIGHBORS HAVE BEEN LONG TERM TENANTS AS WELL. I DO NOT SEE ANY DRUGIES THE TYPE OF PEOPLE I SEE IS BORDER PATROL AGENTS , Sandstone Ridge Apartments 50% Recommended Jan 26 2008: We lived here for one year and truly enjoyed it. We did have some maintenance issues when first moving in but they were fixed promptly and we were given credit towards our next month's rent for having to deal with Via Alamos 22% Recommended Oct 28 2007: Via Alamos is an awful place to live. High rent for a shoebox sized apartment. Then when you move they try and charge you for normal wear and tear. I got a bill for $800.00 for painting and cleaning, which Via Alamos 22% Recommended Mar 16 2007: I moved here from out of state and I wished I had passed. The management is only there Mon-Fri. Hours say 8-5 but there has been multiple times when I went to the office around 3:30 and no one was |
