I've lived here for over a year now. I like the floorplan. HORRID if you have a child, don't do the second floor. I eventually moved to the first floor. At any place there will be problems. Parking is so crappy. My space is so far from my apartment and we have a broken down car parked near my front door where the "guest's" are supposed to park. Stacey, the office manager acts so put out. You can tell they all hate their job. I had a problem in my apartment with an appliance, the old maitenance guy came out and gave me a diagnosis for it three times. They had a professional come out and I told him the "diagnosis" the wonderful maitenance guy gave me. That was a laugh. He didn't know what he was talking about. I have broken glass near a walkway that they still haven't picked up as of yet (3 weeks). I find candy wrappers etc on the property. They don't enforce any rules, people park with their bumpers (trunks) over the walkways/sidewalks. One day I was carrying my child and banged my calf and dropped her on the concrete. That was a rule I remember them going over. I have tried to use the computer room only to find 14 year olds using the paint program or talking on instant messages.

I agree with the above comment.. Eyeballs are used for looking, are they not? Candy wrappers are a very lame excuse for complaining.. why dont YOU pick them up, if they bother you so much...
