This community is very nice. I have lived here for a year. The only problem is that when my first 6 month lease nearly expired, I was informed in writing that I may want to come to the office and renew. That was very nice and convenient. Six months later, and I don't think of these things all the time and I was expecting a notice, no notice to renew, just a note stating that I was short $100 on rent. I looked at my lease and they were right...after 6 months it switched to a month-to-month.

Most places that I have lived have always given me notice to come and sign a new lease. It just seems shady to me, even though I signed it and read it 6 months ago. I don't like the fact that the rental price is say...$760, "but we'll give you $100 of monthly as a move-in bonus". Whwn asked if this will increase at the beginning of the original lease I was told that it would "probably" never change and "you will still pay the same rent".

Location is great and the community is well kept.
