Nice place but not so humble office staff

I really do love living here, it is so beautiful. The residents are so nice and respectful, You never hear any noise. I am planning on staying for awhile. The only down fall to living there is the office staff, when you walk in the office you are just another rent check to them. They kind of come across stuck up, not very humble at all. Also what kind of makes me mad is that you can be a perfect tenant and renew a 12 month lease and there are no incentives, its almost like they dont give a crap if you stay or leave. Even a new pen or something, I have never heard of a place that doesnt give a crap if you renew or not. But anyways Besides the office I love it here.
