The management is ridiculously incompentent! They must be family members of the owner! The propert is not maintained, only when looking for new residents. Then they let it goes downhill. They allow big dogs on the property with no leashes, the community patrol is a joke. If you like to be loud and obnoxious and not wory about management stopping the party, Sonoma Landing for you! If you like peace with a little noise and and management you can depend on, don't even visit Sonoma Landing. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE RATINGS!! The management posts them themselves, they told me as I was leaving! You have been warned!!!
