Sonoma Landing

I have been living at Sonoma Landing for the last year and can tell you there is not a problem living here. It s a nice place, decent neighbors and one of the best crime ratings in the area most of the bad reviews probably come from the office manager s attitude. But as for the property, the lawns get mowed, the trash is removed, and aside from an occasional kid playing outside the place is dead silent. No one has ever come into my apartment unauthorized and when my ice machine broke, they fixed it in less than 72 hours. These units come with a washer and the quietest dryer I have ever seen. They are reasonable for the area.
Down side is their office staff is rude, and the comments about the manager are not far fetched, but you hardly ever need to deal with them so who cares? I requested a discount when I started college and was curtly told they don t offer discounts for students, though my neighbor is getting about thirty bucks a month off for that very reason. Everyone s rent is different here, they don t offer any incentives to renew, just, If you sign a short lease, your rent may go up when you renew. I would agree that probably everyone gets a fat bill when they move out as well, based on my conversations with them. I only renewed for 3 months. At this price I can rent a house, more space, and same rent. BAC
