My husband and i moved out of there, thank goodness. we found some apartments at Superstition Springs Blvd. the white apts, they are amazing! $100.00 cheaper with only about 10 square feet less. and the staff...they are so awesome, i wish so much i had found these new apartments (San Montego) first, and wish i hadn't wasted a whole year at sonoma landing. We were lucky with our security deposit though, we had good credit with sonoma and didnt need to give them the $200.00 and when we left, they tried to stick us with a $200.00 bill for carpet replacement, even though i got the carpet cleaned before we moved out by professional cleaners. We haven't paid it, and they haven't ever tried to contact us about it, so i think they thought we were stupid enough to say "oh my, we better pay them then!" no way. Anyway, the rest is my original post.

The apartments themselves are nice. nice square footage for a decent price. I agree about the office staff though, they are all ditzes. What really ticks me off is when the office "closes" its not suppose to close until 5:00 on weekdays, however, there has been numerous times where me or my husband try to get in the office at 4:30 p.m. or so and they already closed. Some of us (the tenants) don't get home until right after 4, they need to suck it up and stay the extra few minutes like they are suppose to.
Noise: we have a 1st floor, and the people above us are ridiculous sometimes. If you don't want to be woken up extra early on Tuesday mornings, i suggest a 2nd floor or 3rd floor, or away from and landscaping. Because Tuesday mornings are when the landscapers come, and i don't appreciate being woken up by a lawn mower.
Maybe they have bad foundation or the previous tenant was severely obese and jumped on the floor, because our floor underneath the carpet, is cracked. You can feel the holes in the cement underneath, its very annoying when walking around.

Other than its okay. The apartment itself is very nice.
