The title basically says it. This property is nothing special. It was a decent place for a decent price, but the inconvenience of dealing with an apathetic, uninformed staff really detracts from the property. We should've known what we were getting into, when we went to tour the property, the leasing staff were barely interested in showing us around. If that was her attempt to "sell" us we should've known that residents were treated far worse.
We had issues with the office hours being sporatic at best and an office staff that frequently didn't even answer the phone. The maintenance staff was relatively friendly, but would often have to come more than once for the same problem.
All in all I would say in this economy MUCH nicer places can be found for less money. We've just moved out to a far newer, nicer property for $150 a month less!
