I actually hate this apartment manager, and the entire staff so much that I check back periodically just to read the reviews.
It is actually entertaining.
I can't believe that after about 2 1/2 years (when I moved in) nothing has changed.
It is comforting to know that I am not alone.
I am not actually losing my mind.
THIS STAFF IS THE WORST GROUP OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET.
If you are reading this and are thinking about moving here...consider yourself warned.
Just walk in and pretend like you are a resident (I urge you to seek out the tall blonde, cuz she is the worst)and you will know what I mean.
THEY TREAT RESIDENTS LIKE TRASH.
They are only slightly pleasant to people that are thinking about signing a lease.
Just don't do it.

Really, get a life! I feel very sorry for you, that in your spare time you periodically check back? Wow what a loser. I think the staff is great, in fact I have lived here 5 years and had no problems. I'm guessing you probably didn't pay your rent and got evicited! The only people who even complain on this web site are the ones who don't follow the rules.

Really, you must be part of the staff! Well I am sure that you think very highly of yourself. The problem is, your tenants don't. If you are a tenant at Sonoma Landing and love it, why are you frequenting Apartment Ratings. Are you looking for a new place to live? I will continue to make my opinion known on this website, like the many others who complain about the staff. If that makes me a loser, so be it. I won't stop posting until somebody start enforcing REAL customer service. Maybe the owner's should consider an entirely new staff.

I am an extremely private and quiet person who follows the rules. The staff looks at me like I'm a crazy lady because I contact security and leasing staff about noisy neighbors. Even though it's a beautiful place to live it's the younger renters (under 30) who are the most trouble. Then again, that's everywhere you rent.
