I lived in Apt. 2069. It was very nice, until it rained.. Then, water was leaking in from the living room ceiling, and also the master bedroom closet ceiling.. I ACTUALLY FOUND BLACK MOLD in there. I took a sample and had it tested. The apartment failed to respond to me for the first week or so. Then, I gave them a copy of the mold report, and told them I was going to call the health department if they didn t do something. For the record, the apartment manager that drives the black mustang in a complete -----. Eventually, the apartment let me out of my lease and refunded the money I had paid for the next month. I just wish the apartment took care of my place, and I could have continued living there, I LOVED that apartment.... Oh well.

Scott, First of all, you did not have mold. Most people in Arizona know unless you have a constant leak, mold does not grow. You were trying to find a way out of your lease, and I gave you one. You're welcome!
