Great place!! I have lived here since August 2007 and have never had any problems. The office staff has always been nice and helpful to me. I love my apt it is very nice here and the schools are great too.

Office staff needs customer service training We had an electrical problem that took 9 days to fix, damaged my pc, cost me to have cox come in an redirect their signal so I would have internet access and they think they owe nothing.

Great place to live! I recently moved from Sonoma Landing to a home. I have lived in several apartments and must say my stay at Sonoma Landing for the past year was the best apartment experience of all. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance was very prompt with my repair requests.

Highly recommend I have lived at Sonoma Landing a few years and it has been one of the best apartments I've ever lived at. The staff is so nice; Stacey, the manager, is always walking around the property making sure everything looks good. It really shows the property looks brand new.
