Don't Waste Your Money And Time At This Place!!!

I wouldn't ever recommend anyone to ever get an apartment here. We were only their for 6 months and we had to break our lease because of all the problems we had.
1. Our bathroom floor was coming up and we asked the manager so many times to fix it and he wouldn't ever get it fixed for us.
2. We had neighbors problems BIG TIME!!! Our neighbors would flick ashes from cigarettes at the rug outside our door and we found out that is a fire waiting to happen. We have told the manager over and over but, he wouldn't do any thing about it because he smokes himself. Also Our neighbors would go in and out all night long and slam the door each time they went in and out.
3. There was always a washer or dryer broke down in the laundry room and some tenants would take all of the washers and dryers at once and others would have to wait until later to use them. At our new apartment we have we got our own washer and dryer in our apartment.
My wife and I are on a limited income and Centennial Parkview Apartments is not for anyone who is on a low income each month. My wife and I didn't get treated fairly from the start. Everyone who moves in now gets a free gift. We didn't get any thing as a welcome gift so that told us we weren't welcomed their. Marge is really nice but, Tracey on the other hand is a real pill. Tracey picks his favorites in the complex and if you're not one of them then you're nothing to him except rent money for him to collect from you. The matience crew is really nice as well. I'm telling you for your own good DON"T GO HERE OR YOU'll REGRET IT!!!My wife and I were only their for 6 months but, we were on a 1 year lease and we had to break the lease because of all the problems we were dealing with. My wife paid $400.00 for our cat and you can find it a lot cheaper at our places. Some of the neighbors aren't real friendly because they keep to them selves.
