New Apartments...Very Nice. - I have lived here for four months so far. It is nice to have a new complex in Kingman. The apartments are upgraded and new. Carpet is white, which doesn't make sense but it is pretty thick. No pool but I guess it keeps the noise down. Home sweet home - Been here for about six years now. The complex is close the my daughters school, my family feels safe here. My daughter enjoys going to the park across the street.
