Convienant - Price is good - Trains are bad - I've lived here for six months. My apartment had new carpet put in it, but the kitchen and bathroom is quite dated, and wasn't cleaned very well. It is a well maintained complex, and staff is fantastic. The laundry facilities are awful; always dirty and unkept, and many times the washers or dryers do not work well. DO NOT RECOMMEND Old building, decent upkeep, no security, absolutely terrible management, units themselves are whatever, nothing special old appliances and fixtures no upgrades and really overpriced for what you get. Would def not recommend there are a lot of other places

Great place to live Just a quick note, we really enjoyed out time at Centennial. Management was great, always taking care of repairs in a timely manner. The maintenace staff was friendly and they worked hard to keep the grounds clean and safe. They really seem to be customer service

From a current renter The rental prices are pretty good for the area. Also, in regard to the area, the apartments are situated in a very good part of town- And just across the street from where the new movie theater is being built.
