The people here Since the apartment complex started offering three months free rent we've seen four different families come and go in the apartment next to us. The stay exactly three months and then we see them moving out. Needless to say, these people aren't the best people to live

This is a ridiculous property... when they switched to Mark-Taylor, they started boasting about all the wonderful ammenities on property.
The "beautiful" heated pool; now has a chain pad lock on one of the gates because children are allowed to wonder

It was a nice place, then... I lived here from September 2007- January 2009 (16 months). I leased here out of desperation and in ways I'm glad I did. Being new to AZ, they staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rent was REALLY expensive, and you are better off renting a house.
