I like it here - New management took over in 11/06. The new manager is tough, but he gets things done. The maint man fixed things wrong in my apartment that the previous management never fixed. The new manager kicked a lot of people out here when she first took over, but she needed to. The place now has patrol. This place is quiet at night and my apartment is HUGE-more space than my house.

lease terms - If for some reason or another you can't pay rent (such as loss of employment) and you leave without owing anything except the remainder of lease agreement they will take you to court and have your future wages garnished. It was a good first apartment - Living in the downtown square mile of Mesa isn't bad. You are 20 mintues from just about everywhere and the community is a close knit one. I've gotten to know a lot of my neighbors and they are very friendly. I also like the fact that I have 2 balconies. One off the living room and one off the bedroom.
