Since the new management has taken over, our apartment complex has seen many wonderful changes including a very competant staff. The maintenance department has vastly improved with a very friendly and efficient group of people. The manager, Susan is a breath of fresh air and an extremely well spoken individual. Her experience in property management is evidenced by her superior managerial skills. The list of vendors used by the management company have been above average. I am very happy here and intend to remain until I am able to purchase my own home.
