Get real! Sure, they are repainting, but they did a half-ass job. They missed a bunch of spots when they painted my place, and now some of the old, pink paint is showing and it looks tacky. If youre gonna do something, do it right, otherwise dont bother!!!!! As for the pool, they started closing it at 10 p.m., and I work until midnight most nights, so that sucks big time for me.One time I tried to go down there after 10 p.m. anyway, and some troublemaking teenagers were there clogging up the spa and being loud and causing a ruckus and so I just left. And yes, lately the management has been keeping up the landscaping, repainting, remodeling and what have you, but I am betting that its just some ploy to lure in people to rent. I mean, they are probably getting desperate for people to rent...almost 25% of the apartments are not being rented right now. Every which way I turn, there is some U-Haul loading up and leaving. Instead of wasting money on painting, why dont they replace the ancient appliances or give us new carpet or tile...you know....things that will want to keep tenants from leaving' I am so sick of these greedy slum lords! Once you sign your lease papers and settle in, its quite a different story. Cockroaches appear, your car starts getting broken into, noisy ass neighbors. Its a drag.

The management is a joke.The owner got rid of MC companies to oversee the property,because he wants to save money.As you can see you get a unprofessional staff.These used to be nice apartments,but now it has a really bad rep.The management is a joke and the owner is a slumlord.
