I moved into Alta Place the end of May, 2004. I live in a 1 B/R apartment on the 1st floor. Sometimes I can hear the upstairs tenant walking around, but it is not excessive or disturbing. I used the pool in the summertime and it is a beautifully clean and lovely pool. My apartment is carpeted and clean. No bugs of any kind. I had a problem with the kitchen faucet leaking, and someone came and replaced it with a new faucet. My light went out in the bedroom and someone came and replaced the switch which made the light work again. The landscape is attractive and well taken care of. My dryer wasn't working right and it was determined that it needed to be replace, and it was replaced with a brand new one. The manager and assistant manager are friendly, nice people.
