Okay, I have been here about a year and in that time have had repairs done. They were done with speed and done right. You may have to wait your turn, this is dependent on the repairs being done.

You don't wait long in either case, things that are a health situation they come around very quickly. But If you need a dab of paint here or there you may wait a day or two. The longest I have ever waited was two days.

I have never had any major problems, with the other tenants. We have some kids, here but they are very respectful. I was taking my garbbage out the other day. I use a cane to help me get around and one of our young men help me out by dumping it for me.

I have read all the review and the negative ones must be from tenants, who were asked to leave. Thats only done if you don't belong. If you follow the rule and are a good person over all this is a very nice place to live. Shopping is with in walking distance and so is many of the schools.

I was never asked to leave...I left willingly. As far as I know, not too many people are really ever asked to leave. As long as you pay the rent, you could be the scum of the earth for all they care. And believe me, I saw some pretty creepy people at Alta Place. I never had anyone offer to help me with anything, the tenants are pretty reclusive and leery of others and overall not very friendly. Management is a laugh as well.
