On the day I moved in, I went to the office to get the keys.

The manager looked at me like I had three heads or something.

She said in a snarly snotty tone: "Who are you people!'" Apparently, she had forgotten who I was and that I had signed a rental contract with her only days earlier.

I'm glad to know that I'm an appreciated/remembered customer.

Anyway, she told me she couldn't help me until she got back from her lunch break.

So the stupid ----- leaves, and takes a nice long, leisurely lunch break.

I had to wait in the parking lot for an hour with my loaded U-Haul until she came back.

RUDE MUCH' So she gets back and after going over paperwork she notices that she didn't get a signed background check document from me.

WTF' If she never had that document, then how did she run a background check on me' And do they even run checks on anyone' And what did I pay the $30 application fee for'

I would never rent at the this crap fest again.

And quite frankly I don't need to because I own a house now.
