Lived there for 2 years, ocasionally cars were broke in to in the parking lot.
They had a plumbing upgrade they did where we were inconvenianced and in no way compensated.(We could not use our washing machine we were paying extra for) Also our AC went out for 3 days and we were in no way compensated.
They imposed a curfew on the children from playing on the grounds that did not match up with the curfew for the city.
The pools were closed quite a bit and at times like holidays when we would have liked to use them, and also the heated pool was never warm enough in the winter to really swim in it, and the hot tubs were cold alot to.
I did like the place the APT's were nice, and despite the few car break ins it did seem like a quiet and safe place, and most of the tenants were very nice.
