My husband and I lived here for 12 months in late 2005 and left late 2006.
Parking was good, the grounds did have a bit of dog crap on it.
Numerous children in the area, sometimes loud in the pool area.
Keep in mind there are numerous dogs and you will hear them barking.
Staff was friendly and nice.
Maintenance was reliable.
The walls were not the most solid.
Half-way during our stay new people moved in below us and you could hear him snore at night.
One was a smoker and the smoke came through the vents.
When he smoked outside, the smoke came in the windows and porch.
There is shopping in the area, but it is also a major intersection, so be ready for traffic.
There were some shady people there, but overall the other people were friendly.
