The apartment complex was built in the 70's and it shows.
The repairs done are god awful at best.
If you have an issue your best to learn how to fix it yourself as the maintenance crew is about worthless.
They blame you for everything and treat you like a moron.
The customer service from the entire staff is lacking to say the least.
Parking is horrible unless your willing to pay or you live in the back lots bring walking shoes.
Not to mention the theft of both apartments and vehicles, and the insect infestation.
If you don't mind paying for crap this is your place if you do you'd be better off living under an overpass.

Irrible to say not so nice things , I've been here a few years an have no problem the staff are always nice an friendly. As far as the thefts I have herd nothing an well your gonna have that anywhere you live, the neighbors are sweet as well, so if you were treated wrong you should think of how you treated them , as the old saying goes do unto others as you want done unto yourself ....

Everything you've said is a total lie. The Maintenance staff has never treated me with anything but the utmost of respect. I don't know of any apts. that have been broken into or cars. The only insect infestation I've seen around here is tenants like you. There's plenty of parking whether you choose to pay for a spot or not. It's so pathetic that people like you have so much spare time on their hands that all they can is try and make trouble for people who don't deserve it. Under an overpass sounds like the perfect place for a loser like you.
