this place is worse than living in the downtown phoenix area project housing developments, i dont suggest anyone move to this ghetto.
the crime rate is high, the cops are out here once a week, dogs are constantly barking and nobody picks up after them, kids run wild through the parking lots, a lot of theft (someone stole parts off of my 1988 olds), rude neighbors, ignorant maintenence crew (the one they mainly send out hardly speaks english and doesnt know what hes doing), and I have gone through about 30 neighbors in the past 5 years due to the fact that they cant be polite and keep thier domestic disturbances to themselves.
I dont suggest moving here to anyone, and if you do, im sorry, but it will be the biggest mistake you can ever make.

Well thats terrible that you feel that way , I think the maintance crew is out of this world. I have been here for a while now an I have been in worse places. I personally have had no issues with my car being broken in to or heard of any for that matter . I myself would reccomend this place to anyone. The office staff is the best an the manager well who does'nt love her!!!!!!

I MOVED IN NOV 2006 AND IT WAS OK..THEN... BUT NOW IT IS THE S.H.I.T.S AND YES I'M MOVING OUT...MY DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBOR HAS AT LEAST 5-6 DOGS(AND JUST PUT UP A SIGN THAT SAYS--BAD DOG-)..SEVERAL CATS AND A BIRD THAT AT THE CRACK OF DAWN STARTS CHRIPING OR WHATEVER.. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER AND TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE AND TO THE CORP OFFICE IN UTAH....""" THEY DO NOT CARE"""
