In todays world it is real easy to complain and say untrue comments just to be mean.

some of these people, I am sure, have been evicted for non-payment of rent or broke the rules some way.

If you had to face the office staff and employees would you be so bold' Probably not.

Aztec Springs was build in 1985 and the management company has dumped tons of money into keeping up the appearance.

My apartment, for instance, had a water heater break and they replaced it, cleaned up the mess and left a nice note stating what they did along with some goodies for the inconvenience.

All this was accomplished in less than 6 hours in the same day.

Not too many apartment dwellers could say that has happened to them.

You never hear the good that happens, only the bad.

If you don't like living in an apartment, then you should buy a home, that is, if you can.

Otherwise, this place is great.

Don't let these ignorant people who claim to be residents convince you that it is a bad place.

I personally have lived here in 2 different apartments here for over a total of 6 years and I am not afraid to state my name to prove it.

Give it a try you will not be sorry.

My water heater broke too... they showed up at 3am to take it out, barged into our apartment without our permission. Then the water heater leaked all over our floor and they didn't send anyone out to clean it. We had to go to the office to COMPLAIN a few times before they would give us anything to compensate for the inconvience they caused us. We finaly ended up calling a carpet cleaning service to get rid of the stench the water heater caused.

It says alot about someone when they call telling the truth "ignorant" and then go on to "assume" that we were "evicted or broke rules" here, and it wouldnt be "bold" either to "face the office staff or employees", thats called "ignorance".You can clearly see as this person/employee claims in their own words "the management company has dumped tons of money into keeping up the appearance",and "Aztec Springs was built in 1985", this actually supports the complaints, theyll spend a "ton of money" on "appearance" because the truth is this place was built cheap and is getting old,and theyre not concerned about the "inside" of this story, theyre into making it only look nice on the outside, thats how they get payed, its called "making sales" and theres a bonus for them too if they fill enough of these apartments.I have even less respect for "whoever" called us names for only telling the truth, but thats how it is now,in this once great nation, America, where Truth is now the Lie, THAT IS HIDEOUS!!!!

I'm a potential renter reading a ton of reviews from all different rental communities. All I have to say is, grow up people! ALL the apartments the Phoenix/metro area are built extremely cheaply, including most of the homes. For your information, most of the construction in the past 20 years in this state have consisted of styrofoam, chicken wire, foam padding, and pieces of plywood covered with that stucko stuff. You will never find a place where you can't hear your neighbors! Get over it! Management plays favorites wherever you go, so that's nothing new either. I currently live in Sunvalley Ranch apartments, supposedly a "luxury resort" community. Like hell it is! We have the same problems that everyone who's complaining there complains about at a higher price! I feel like I've been reading the same exact reviews with every single apartment community in the East Valley. Bottom line with apartment living, either you like living in apartments or you don't. If you don't, get a house.
