i still live here and can not wait to move...if you own dogs and are a smoker this complex is for you....if you like loud neighbors and having the cops in the complex at least once a week..more like twice during the weekend this place is for you....but don't put anything on the balcony or park the wrong way cause you will catch the wrath of khan ...and yes the staff is friendly,but they will not do ANYTHING to really work with you..call the main office in scottsdale or in utah and get NO RESULTS!!!!!

It is sad that the entire community has to suffer because of one unhappy resident. Maybe you live near someone who owns a dog(s) or maybe someone near you smokes? That does not mean the entire community is such. The staff prides themselves by making sure such issues are dealt with accordingly, and yes, we do have a standard as to what is placed on the patios because we care about the visual integrity of our community. We apologize if you are so unhappy and hope you come forward and talk with the manager to resolve your problems. We do care.

I agree. I thought that if people had issues, they wouldn't hide behind the anonymity of internet, they'd let the staff know right away. I myself have had them ask if I'd remove things from my patio, but I understand. If we lived in a house and we left our stuff out, the value of the neighboring homes would greatly decrease. I haven't seen an awful lot of crime, and the ONE time I saw cat poop and litter dropped on the ground the office jumped on it right away. I've also seen nasty comments about the maintenance staff, about how one of them barely speaks English. He speaks English just fine. Even if he didn't, I doubt that would hinder his ability to do work. We've lived here since 2005 and in two apartments. if anything breaks, they check it out immediately. The staff has been nothing but friendly and gracious. I choose to leave my name, I'm Jen and my husband is Dan. I find these reviews ridiculously unfair, and it's not right a few disgruntled former residents tries to ruin the company.
