I was just reading over the last review of my former home and was shocked at what people complain about.
I lived at Aztec Springs for 7 years until I bought a house and never had such issues.
If this person had to spend an hour cleaning an oven then it makes sense why they were charged for other items when they left.
I know that the staff specifically asked me to go through my apartment when I came to turn in keys and I said I did not think I needed to, but they highly recommended that I do.
Of course, I did and they told me a couple of cleaning items I would be charged for if I choose to leave it.
I cleaned them and I got all of my deposit back with the exception of the carpet shampoo which I understand if absolutely normal, and all of that after 7 years and they only lived here for 4 months'
I Loved this placed and send my co-workers and friends to rent because of the great experience that I had with them, especially the staff.
Just know if you are reading these ratings that typically only the people who don't follow the rules are the ones who choose to post.
That is why I wanted to say something.

The place looks nice outside, but I've been here 7 years, it isn't all peachy like you say it is. Every time a new neighbor moves in to the left of me, thire loud music annoys me until I complain them out of here and that takes between 3-6 months, and a write-up from my job due to me being late because of inconsiderate people and paper thin walls. The crime rate has gone down in the past year, some of the trash that was living here has been evicted. 3 people that work for the complex live in or around my building, so when I have an issue they are right there so no need for a call on the late night number only to get ignored. The maintenence guy has learned a bit of english but still doesn't understand or comprehend fix my a/c its friggin hot in here. I'm still moving out of here at the end of the year into something newer, no offense, but I really can't stand the paper walls, floor, ceiling, and too many old people live here. I'ts bad enough Liesure World is up the road, now I have to deal with them and all the idiot children and annoying dogs. Next place I move to will NOT be dog or child friendly.
