It's nice having a garage, but stairs can be kinda hard, especially if you are in a hurry. I couldn't get my garage open once, and I was in a hurry, so that kinda stunk.
To be honest, they didn't look quite like the models. Other than the garages, they aren't much different inside than anywhere else. Plus, they are quite pricey, and it's not like they are that big.
If saving money and having convenience are important to you, I wouldn't go here.

If you dont like having stairs why did you move there? All garages have a manual lever that you could use to open the garage if the electric opener has a short. Of course they dont look like the model! The model has furniture yours is vacant. Other than that they are built exactly the same! They are also very big! 1332 sq ft ? Thats the size of house! So why would you move to a place were you didnt need a garare or want stairs! of course you arent going to be happy! You knew all this before you moved in! Some people ...

Denise - I agree with Fsmith. If this renter was 100% happy then he wouldnt have posted this complaint huh? Their complaints are senseless and it wasnt anything they didnt know before they moved in. I agree Fsmith, this renter was stupid! I used to live here in 04 and the staff was really great! Especially Karl
