This place is decent.. and its nice to have a garage for the most part I like living here but it is very pricey for minimal space and I have a serious bug problem and I keep a very clean living space and no matter how much I clean and spray they just keep coming back.. and to add to it I pay for a gated community yet the gates have been broken for 3 months... thank god my lease is up in two months...

CommonSense, you need some common sense. It's the management's job to fix what's broken, regardless of who broke the gate. That's what the rent and the insane FEES are for. Idiot!

You are correct it is the managements job to fix it which they contract out with the gate company to fix but then school gets let out and here comes little johnny no good swinging on the gate and breaking it again. So they call out the Gate company again and they fix it until Friday night when lil johnnys dad comes home and forgets his clicker for the gate and why should he wait for somebody else or use the code he picked out for the gate ... No he has a better idea.. hell push it open with his car! Now its broken and the gate company has to come out again!! It costs money and they can only budget so much. you ask me they should have ripped those gates out of there. They dont do anything and if you think living in a gated community is going to protect you ... you really need some common sense!! The gates do not do anything for protection. The theif just has to wait until someone comes and follow them through.
