I must agree with the last two posts. You can here avarything.The street noise from Highly is terrible. I get woke up alot at night and the people upstairs really do try to work with me. I hate this place for that reason. My utility bills in the summer are extreamly high. The people above me moved out in August (after 3 months) and the A/C could not keep up with the place. When the other people moved in then the A/C was able to keep up.
