I have lived at Bayview for 2yrs and so far, I have not had any problems with the place. Granted, every apt complex has their ups and downs. Fortunately, my neighbors are quiet and I have a good relationship with the front office people. The office people have always been willing to work with me from the start and they have been helpful in resolving any issues that I have with my place. Maybe, I'm one of the lucky tenants. And although I have had my car stolen once (due to my negligence - I left my door unlocked), I have enjoyed my stay at Bayview and the service that they have provided me.
