My husband and I have lived at Bayview for about a year now. Overall, the apartment was pretty nice. It seems a lot newer than others we have looked at. The kitchen is really big and has a lot of space. The walk in closets are huge and the back patio is big too, which we loved. The office staff is really helpful and friendly. Every time we had a maintenance problem, the staff would take care of it pretty quickly.

The only down side of it is the neighborhood. It's not the best part of town. Although nothing has ever happened to us, I'm can't help to always feel un easy of the people who come in and out of the complex.

It is pretty quiet for the most part. We never had too much trouble with parking. A few times someone parked in our covered spot, but no biggie.

I would have to say the worst part is the BUGS! We always have bugs in the apartment. I swear they come in from outside and live in our coutch. The outside doors has huge gaps between them and the wall. Although the apartment will spray for bugs, it still hasn't helped us.

OVERALL, I give the apartment a 6 out of 10.
