At first look the apatments seem really nice. We were shown a nice model and the staff was really friendly. We were told that the carpet in our apatment was brand new and after we signed the lease and got our keys, we noticed that the apatment did not have new carpet and the carpet was quite dirty and had signs of wear. The manager swore up and down that the carpet was brand new even with the stains on it. Our neighbors were friendly but there were too many kids running around all the time and hanging out at the stairs at least 4 days out of the week. Parking after 6pm was terrible. The landscape was not maintaied and there were overgrown shrubbary a good part of the time. Towards the end of our lease, we got new neighbor and they threw parties late at night. I guess this can be a good complex for you if you want to know all your neighbors and you don't want peace and quiet because there is always something going on outside of your apartment.
