Me and my husband have lived here for the last 2 1/2 years with 2 small children. It's not worth it! It was nice for awhile until we started complaining about the security guy was taking our covered space because him and his girlfriend thought they needed all 3 of their vehicles in a covered space. I talked to him and Brenda the new manager all she said was to talk to him. I told her I did and they didn't do anything! Then we discovered mold growing in our air vents! She didn't care especially since my two kids were constantly sick! Oh and how it says its in a beautiful gated community! Yeah right! There is homeless people constantly walking around digging in the dumpsters! There's a huge hole in the wall in the back that hasn't been fixed in months so alot of peoples vehicles are being broken into and stolen. The gate hardly ever works or one side will for awhile. We've finally had enough so were moving out in December! Oh yeah and you can hear EVERYTHING the people do all around you (upstairs, next door, behind you!) Kids are all over the place, trash is everywhere! One of our neighbors parked half way in our covered space when I went to ask them to move it they told me to take it up with management the next morning! And told me to find a different area to park for the night because her boyfriend was asleep and it was a company vehicle! I told her h**l no and she finally woke him up to move it!
